Looking for some advice on the best and or the easiest way to flush an r.o membrane on system with no manual flush valve please ? I thought it had a flush valve installed but on arrival it hadnt im afraid, had a look around google but cant really find anything of note so here we are.
Its a 4 stage system......sediment, carbon, membrane and di pod on top.
I already have some of them thanks colin, my issue is is how to flush the membrane when there isnt a manual flush valve on the unit, i thought it had one already pre-installed but it hasnt
Ah I see, you'll need a flow restrictor and a couple of tee joints. Then in the waste outlet from the RO housing cut the line and put in the flow restrictor inline with the waste and a loop around it with the tap in place, dead easy. Here's a photo of mine if that helps at all
